Abstract:
To elucidate the effect of naloxone on adenylcyclase(AC) of canine myocardium,the adenylcyclase activities of non-ischemic, ischemic and reper fused myocardium were assayed respectively in vivo and in vitro.It was found that intravascular administration of naloxone(1mg.kg-1) significantly decreased AC activities of ischemic and reper fused myocardium(p<0.01, p<0.05);but naloxone had no effect on AC activities in non-ischemic, ischemic and reperfused myocardium homogenate(p>0.05).It suggested that naloxone have no direct inhibiting effect on activity.

With ICP mass spectrometer and high performance amino acid autoanalyzer, the contents of trace element and amino acid in A.armata (Wall.) Seem were determined.Experimental results showed that there are many kinds of amino acid and trace element which is necessary for human body in A.armata (Wall.) Seem Experimental data offers the reference for development and research of A.armata (Wall.) Seem and studying the relation between trace element and disease and clinic safe use of drug.

This paper presents the quantitative determination of tinidazole in injection by UV spectroanalysis.The determined wavelength is 316.4nm, the average recovery 100.12%, RSD 0.76% (n = 5), E1cm1% 360 This mehod is fast, simple and accurant and is suitable for quality control of this preparation.
